Haworth hosts many events throughout the year, so whatever the time of year you're visiting, there's usually something on. However, it light of government guidance, many events have been postponed. New dates will be added as soon as we are notified.

Bronte Society Summer Festival
The festival includes various talks such as The Beautiful Visitant, Manuscripts, Letters & Little Books and The Radical Bronte, but culminates in the hilarious Hysterical Historical Show by LipService Theatre Company, on Saturday 13th June at 7.30pm. Don't miss it!
Haworth Beer Festival
Postponed from March.
Now in it's 9th year, the festival will be showcasing 35 specially selected beers, ciders and lagers.
Also includes The Vintage Cocktail Bar, Branwell's Gin Shack, street food and entertainment!
The Railway Children 50th Anniversary
Walk in the footsteps of Roberta, Phyllis and Peter on the self-guided Railway Children walk. There’ll be re-enactments of scenes as well as interactive items and film displays. You'll also get an opportunity to meet some of the original cast!
Yorkshireman Marathon & Half Marathon
Organised by the Keighley & Craven Athletics Club, the marathon route covers open moorland & the highest point in West Yorkshire. For over 18s only, it starts at 10am with an entry fee of £20 or £36 for a pair.
The half marathon for walkers & runners starts at 10.30am and has an entry fee of £20.
Races have a maximum of 300 participants each and there will be no entries on the day. They start at Haworth Primary School, have refreshments en-route and a hot meal at the end. All finishers receive a race t-shirt. Please carry the required kit, map, compass & emergency rations.
Come and enjoy Haworth's Steampunk Weekend, dress up or just mingle.
The steampunk genre re imagines Victorian & Edwardian science fiction in a "retro-futuristic" style with street entertainers, bands, and a very special "Steampunk Burlesque" show.

A traditional Christmas atmosphere every weekend leading up to Christmas! Enjoy entertainment on Main Street with festive bands and carol singing and as dusk falls, join the atmospheric torchlight procession.
Brass Band Weekend
enjoy listening to your favourite Christmas carols played by various Brass Bands up and down the Main Street.
Late Night Christmas Shopping
Christmas is about giving, so take in the special festive atmosphere while searching for gifts for loved ones.

Now in it's 25th year, this weekend attracts tens of thousands of people over a busy weekend.
The whole village takes transformed with stalls, dances, re-enactments and other events on Main Street, Central Park and various community and church halls.
Gin & Rum Express Experience
On board the 1950’s classics carriage, you will experience tastings of four carefully selected, exclusive gins or rums with perfectly matched mixers, botanicals and the latest new drinks brands. £XX per ticket, plus booking fee.
Haworth Artisan Food and Drink Market
The market is an annual event showcasing some of the best local products and artisan food producers.
The festival will be raising funds for Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice.
Spring Steam Train Gala
See freight train demonstrations, vintage carriages, double heading and the Grafton Steam Crane in operation. Take a look behind the scenes at a Haworth Workshop tour, enjoy a real ale from the onboard bar and visit the model railway sale at Oxenhope Exhibition Shed.
Engine shed tours are run between 10am and 3pm. No need to book, just meet at the Haworth Station.

Bronte Interactive Ghost Walks
Join Haunting Nights on this ghost walk around Haworth which lasts around one hour and includes hunting for poltergeists using various ghost-hunting techniques.
Locations include the Black Bull, Kings Arms and of course the graveyard which polluted much of Haworth's water supply causing 40% of the population to die before the age of 6.
Times: 7.30pm and 9pm
Tickets: £10. Participants must be over 13 years of age.
Pottery, Painting & Prosecco!
Show your mum just how much you love her and join us for an evening of Pottery, Painting & Prosecco. The perfect Mother’s Day treat!
We’ll get all our secret arty bits out of the cupboards and let you have a rummage through, paint a gift for your mum or something just for you!
Tickets are £5 at Cobbles & Clay and includes a glass of fizz!

Tour de Yorkshire
The Tour de Yorkshire is run by Welcome to Yorkshire and the operator of the Tour de France. It's a 3 day race that had 2.2 million fans roadside in 2017 and the race up the narrow, cobbled Main Street of Haworth is a spectacle and not to be missed!
Phil's Groovy 80's Disco
A celebration of the 80's and includes a 80's music quizz and raffle. Come in fancy dress!
A Groovy Happening event, upstairs of Parkside Social Club, Butt Lane, Haworth. Tickets are £5.
