We set up because being a Yorkshire lad it’s tough to get a decent homemade pie, so I thought id do something about it.
All my pies are handmade including the pastry which takes longer but we think it makes it taste better using traditional recipes like your nan used to make. Even the mash for the potatoes is from local farms and producers.
