Hi,
Bronte Adventures was created out of frustration that due to budget cuts, our local authority closed the Visitor Information Centre in Haworth and that most websites promoting the village were either out of date or uninspiring.
So I decided to build this website to welcome visitors and gather news and information as best as I can to make your trip as enjoyable and as easy as possible.
I have been promoting Haworth for many years and used to Chair Destination Bradford, a business network of major attractions, hotels and conference venues.
In a distant life, I toured the UK with a play about the life and work of Emily Bronte and produced a CD of her poetry set to new orchestral music.
This was performed with a 20 piece orchestra to a full house at St Michael’s Church in Haworth as well as at The Square Chapel in Halifax.
I was also one of the original Bradford Live team that raised £25m for a new music venue opening in Bradford in 2025. Can’t wait!
